Our MissionThe New Paltz Cultural Collective has been created as a not for profit organization sustained by our events, programming, local artisan's merchandise, membership, fundraisers, and a partnership with Sixty Main's organic, fair trade coffee shop. The New Paltz Cultural Collective welcomes all voices to be heard in a safe creative environment. The mission of the New Paltz Cultural Collective is to educate and engage the public of New Paltz, the Hudson Valley and beyond in the visual and performing arts, cultural exchange and creative expression. Our programming includes educational workshops, cultural events and activities in the arts including performances, curating art gallery shows, and providing opportunities for art projects. By utilizing the arts as a medium to educate people about diverse cultural and social issues, the New Paltz Cultural Collective seeks to expand the awareness of the public-at-large.
